Workshop on issues of discrimination in the recruitment and work process

On May 5, 2022, the Roma Educational Center organized a workshop in Subotica for employers and employees in HR departments in public and private companies on issues of discrimination in the process of finding and hiring new employees. The employment of vulnerable groups is not only important for their material betterment, it is also important for their full integration into society. Unfortunately, members of the Roma community are often denied access to decent jobs due to prejudice and discrimination. The participants pointed out that such trainings are absolutely necessary, as they received a lot of useful information and knowledge.
